An escape room is a mental and physical adventure based game where players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues and hints to complete an assigned mission based on a given storyline.
No, the main door you use to enter the escape room will always be unlocked. Throughout the escape, you may exit and return as much as necessary, however the clock will not stop.
We ask that all players arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation. Your assigned Game Master will wait as long as possible, but the clock will have to begin whether the entire group is there or not.
We have tried to make the reservation process as easy as possible with online booking. We need a minimum one hour advanced reservation to guarantee the room and Game Master are prepared to provide the best experience for your group.
Unfortunately, reservations are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, please contact us in advanced and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, the building itself is completely handicap accessible. Four of the five escapes are completely handicap accessible as well. Unfortunately, for the storyline to work, The Curse of Colchester Cemetery is not handicap accessible.
Anyone under the age of 16 must have an adult present during the escape. Anyone under the age of 13 must have a participating adult in the escape with them. Anyone under the age of 8 will be allowed in the room on a case by case basis. The age limits are designed around safety of the customers.
